Having just spent 6 weeks working with our UK team to establish the office, solidify our presence at the DownUnder Expo in October, interview and  register a number of skilled candidates who are motivated to move to NZ, our network of skilled, overseas candidates is going from strength to strength.

Achievements in the last 3 months:

  • Over 200 candidates identified, registered, skype interviewed and motivated to move across from Europe, Canada, the US, Ireland and the UK – all with a maximum 3 month relocation period.
  • Defined international employee relocation support programme fully designed, operational and available to NZ employers wanting employee retention support.
  • Visa immigration requirements for skilled migrants working in our candidates’ favour.
  • Additional experienced resourcers employed by UK based office (Kiwi Careers) to increase our candidate proactive sourcing across engineering & construction.
